When will my order ship?

Once you purchase an item, your item will be delivered to the post office (or other shipping service) typically on the same day or within 3 business days from the purchase date.

With USPS, while the package may have been dropped off to their location, the USPS may take an additional 1 to 2 business day to scan the package, therefore it may appear that the package was dropped off later than our standard which is rarely ever the scenario.

 

International Orders: How long for delivery?

With the United States Postal Service First Class International Packages and Global Shipping Service, it may take 7 to 21 days or more for your package to arrive. Expect potential delays in tracking updates.

Gift wrapping and packaging

When an item is marked as a gift, a gift bag or gift box is included with the item. You may leave a custom message for your gift recipient. No purchase receipts are included.

 

An item arrived broken: Insured Package.

Once an item leaves our hands, it is in the responsibility and care of the shipping carrier.
In the rare and unfortunate instance that your item arrives damaged or broken, follow these steps:

• Save the packaging! This part is very important.
• Take pictures.

If the item is insured, there are two options: You file the claim with your local post office in person or online, or I file the claim online.

Whether you file or I file, PHOTO documentation is required.
We need to be able to start and submit a claim online to refund you without delay. If you cannot provide us with the requirements to file a claim, we cannot further assist the situation.

If the item is not insured, you may return or exchange the item (if available). In the instance where the buyer does not return or exchange the item, a percentage of the purchase will be refunded.

Orders are shipped to the Address on the Receipt

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address for their order. Addresses cannot be modified once an order is placed. Please make sure that you are using the proper address at checkout as we are not responsible for errors in addresses made by the buyer nor do we accept after purchase address changes.
